Jungian analysis · Individual work

Make room for your depths.

When life leaves you feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, or without direction, the problem itself may be asking for your attention to what is beneath it. Jungian Analysis offers a place to listen to those depths through your dreams, feelings, and the parts of yourself you may not yet know.

“From the psychic depths which cast up the powers of destruction the rescuing forces will also come.”— C. G. Jung, CW 11:532

The work

Begin with what is happening.

Anxiety, grief, or a loss of meaning can interrupt the life you expected. I am interested in what these difficulties may be asking of you, and in the potential that can remain hidden within them.

No two paths are identical. We may work with dreams, recurring patterns, relationships, and images as they arise. I do not dictate where the work should lead; we follow what your experience brings forward.

“Consciousness requires a simultaneous experience of opposites and the acceptance of that experience. And the greater the degree of this acceptance, the greater the consciousness.”— Edward F. Edinger

My work attends to dreams, active imagination, and the ways unconscious life shapes our experience. I have also spent years in my own analysis. That personal work informs the care I bring into sessions.
